PARK EAST III FAQ'S
1. WHERE IS PARK EAST II LOCATED?
We are located in the Park City Business Center off Old Highway 40 near Quinns Junction. Our address is 4554 Forestdale Drive, Park City Utah, 84098.
2. WHAT IS THE COST OF THE MONTHLY HOA DUES AND WHAT DO THEY COVER?
HOA dues have not been determined yet, however we anticipate they will be between $170 - $200 per month. The HOA dues will cover common area landscaping, common area insurance and common area maintenance.
3. HOW MANY TOTAL UNITS ARE IN THE DEVELOPMENT?
The complete project includes 13.
4. HOW MANY FLOOR PLANS ARE AVAILABLE AND WHAT IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EACH SHELL?
The great feature of Park East III is the customizable options available. We have 2 and 3 story plans both with a 30’ X 60’ footprint. Finished Square Footage can vary from 1800 - 5400 depending on the interior build-out.
5. WHERE CAN I FIND A COPY OF THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS?
You can access the CC&R’s at the bottom of this page for Park East II which will be very similar to Park East III version when finalized.
6. HOW MUCH ARE THE PROPERTY TAXES?
Property Taxes have not been established yet however we anticipate they will be around $2500.00 annually.
7. IF I PUT ONE OF THE UNITS UNDER CONTRACT, WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO CLOSE?
Park East III is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2022.
8. HOW WILL THE SHELLS BE HEATED?
The shells will be heated with natural gas, forced air.

You can hire our builder to improve the interior space per your desires, or hire a builder independently.
13. WHAT IS THE DISTANCE FROM PARK EAST II TO SALT LAKE CITY AND HEBER CITY?
We are conveniently located just 22 miles from Salt Lake City and 14 miles from Heber City.
14. HOW CLOSE IS PARK EAST III TO THE SKI RESORTS?
We are just 5 miles from the base of Park City Mountain Resort and just over 6 miles to Deer Valley Resort.
15. WHO IS PURCHASING AT PARK EAST III?
This product appeals to a wide range of buyers. Our concept is ideal for car collectors, hobbyist, yoga/art/photography studio’s, showrooms, businesses, recreational storage, and builders to name a few!
16. WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE FOR EACH FLOOR PLAN?
Our current phase units range from $975,000.00 - $1,150,000.00 depending on location and potential square footage.
17. WHAT IS THE PARKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL UNTIS? IS THERE OVERFLOW PARKING?
